Brian Bischof in my mind has written the definitive book on Crystal Reports. If you are serious about writing Crystal Reports for a living, then you need this. It's called Crystal Reports Encyclopedia.

I'm a .Net programmer so I also have his Crystal Reports .Net Programming book, which also the best documentation I've ever seen on using Crystal in .Net.
